Confirmed Service Customer
Mechanic found a bracket that was loose that was making the rattling noise I had described. I would've like them to call me and tell me what the issue was and that they have found it. Also ask me if they should fix it. They didn't, I could've tightened the bracket myself. instead im stuck paying $80 for a 5 minute fix.

They were out of washer fluid so they couldn’t put any in my vehicle. They left greasy hand marks all over my hood and driver side door. I had to pay the bill through the text I received and didn’t even see the bill prior to paying!!?? The location in Green Bay is much better than Appleton.

Two things: Tried to charge for service that wa ms already confirmed prior to appt that it was covered (simple oil change) More important, provided an inspection report that showed everything checked off as good/green however, when my wife went to pick up the truck Gabriel started telling her that there was an oil leak and they had to order parts to address it. Yet when we call back nobody can find any records or comments regarding an oil leak or what parts are needed not are they able to explain why the inspection report says everything checked out yet stating we have the leak. Didn’t return phone calls after questioning and only recourse that was offered was to bring the truck back in for another inspection because they have no records of it.

I'm a little disappointed that I was not contacted by the service department when my truck was finished. I called the service department to check on my truck and nobody answered. Someone from the express lube finally answered the phone and went to the service department to check on my vehicle. I was also charged more than $194 for a software update that Katie told me would be covered under warranty. On a positive note, the work by the technician, diagnostics and repair, was excellent.

I went to pickup vehicle at 5:00 and Gabe was the only one available. He was with another person so I waited and waited, place was a ghost town. after 20 mins i finally said I need to pickup my vehicle. He then tells me its at the quick lube?? So I walk over to quick lube and that place is a ghost town. I walked around and finally disturbed two people a lady and a young man sitting in an office. they look startled and unwelcoming. but this did have my invoice. not the typical experience.
